V každom z nás je miesto, kde sme stále slobodní a skutoční.

Len na to často zabúdame v každodennom zhone.

Volám sa Adriana a tanec je mojím jazykom duše.💫

Absolvovala som niekoľko hodín KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) – hlbokou energetickou metódou, ktorá uvoľňuje emocionálne bloky a prebúdza našu najautentickejšiu podstatu.

Tanec a KAP sú liečivými nástrojmi. Tanec rozhýbe energiu tela a duše, KAP uvoľní emočné bloky a zranenia a prebudí vnútornú silu.

Teraz túto cestu chcem otvoriť aj pre teba a pre všetkých, ktorí túžia po slobode a pravde vo vlastnom vnútri.

Na Bali plánujem založiť tanečno-energetické štúdio – bezpečný priestor, kde môžeš zhodiť masku, cítiť sa slobodne, dýchať, uvoľniť sa a prebudiť svoju životnú energiu.🌌

Na túto cestu potrebujem tvoju pomoc – podporu na absolvovanie výcviku facilitátora KAP na Mallorke, ale aj na rozbeh štúdia, ktoré môže zmeniť životy mnohých ľudí.

Vyštudovala som farmáciu, no vnútri som vždy cítila niečo silnejšie – tichý hlas, ktorý mi hovoril, že skutočné uzdravenie prichádza zvnútra, z vlastnej energie a autenticity.

Tanec bol so mnou od detstva.

Aj vo chvíľach keď som v ňom nedostávala podporu alebo mi okolie nerozumelo.

A aj keď som si dlho nebola istá, či túto cestu môžem nasledovať… Neprestala som. Postupne som sa tancu začala venovať naplno – profesionálne.

V jednom z najťažších období môjho života som objavila KAP – metódu, ktorá prebúdza vnútornú energiu a pomáha človeku nájsť cestu späť k sebe.

 A hoci som vtedy navonok necítila oporu, vďaka tejto metóde som ju našla tam kde to všetko začína – v sebe samej.

I’ve experienced many hours of KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) – a powerful energetic method that releases emotional blocks and awakens our most authentic essence.
Dance and KAP are healing tools.

Dance moves the energy of the body and soul; KAP releases emotional wounds and blocks, awakening inner strength.

Now I want to open this path to you – and to everyone who longs for freedom and truth within themselves.
In Bali, I plan to open a dance-energy studio – a safe space where you can take off the mask, feel free, breathe, relax, and awaken your life energy.

My Journey Back to Myself

I studied pharmacy, but deep inside I always felt something stronger – a quiet voice telling me that true healing comes from within, from our own energy and authenticity.
Dance has been with me since childhood.
Even during times when I didn’t receive support or when others didn’t understand me.
And even when I wasn’t sure if I could follow this path… I didn’t stop. Step by step, I committed fully – professionally – to dance.
During one of the hardest times of my life, I discovered KAP – a method that awakens inner energy and helps people reconnect with themselves.
And even though I didn’t feel supported from the outside at the time, through this method, I found that support where everything begins – within myself.
