Z popola chceme postaviť nový začiatok!
Pred pár týždňami nám vyhorel priestor, ktorý sme rok a pol budovali vlastnými rukami. Nebola to len skúšobňa. Bolo to miesto pre hudbu, tvorbu, komunitu a ľudí okolo nás. Touto zbierkou chceme priestor obnoviť a znovu vytvoriť safe space pre všetkých, ktorí tam patrili.
Ahojte!
Sme traja chalani — Aleš, Paťo a Ľubo — ktorých pred tromi rokmi spojila hudba, tvorba a chuť robiť niečo pre ľudí okolo nás.
Maľovanie, upratovanie, opravy, zháňanie techniky, hudobných nástrojov a všetkého, čo bolo treba.
A potom prišiel skrat. Priestor vyhorel.
Veľmi si to vážime.
- opravu a obnovu vyhoreného priestoru
- elektroinštaláciu a základné stavebné práce
- čistenie a odstraňovanie škôd po požiari a vode
- obnovu skúšobne a tvorivého priestoru
- nákup nových hudobných nástrojov
- hudobnú techniku (reproduktory, mikrofóny, káble, mix a pod.)
- vybavenie na organizovanie eventov
- základný nábytok a vybavenie priestoru
From ashes to stage
A few weeks ago, the space we had spent a year and a half building with our own hands burned down. It wasn’t just a rehearsal room. It was a place for music, creativity, community, and the people around us. Through this fundraiser, we want to rebuild the space and create a safe space once again for everyone who belonged there.
Hi everyone!
We are three friends — Aleš, Paťo, and Ľubo — who were brought together by music, creativity, and the desire to do something for the people around us three years ago.
We started completely from scratch. We wrote music, organized Plague of Tartar events, spent evenings together, and slowly built a place that became our second home.
After a long search, we found a space in Krupina that we spent a year and a half renovating with our own hands. Painting, cleaning, repairs, searching for equipment, musical instruments, and everything else we needed. Every part of that space was built step by step — with time, energy, and the desire to create a place where people would feel comfortable and welcome.
The rehearsal space meant more to us than just a place where we play music…
It was a safe space. A place for friends, family, familiar faces, and completely new people. A place where anyone could come to relax, create, talk, try new things, or simply escape from the world for a moment. We wanted to create a space where people would feel accepted and comfortable.
Then one electrical short circuit changed everything — the entire space burned down.
In just a few moments, the place we had poured hundreds of hours of work, energy, money, and most importantly heart into was gone. The equipment, instruments, and a huge part of everything we had been building for months were destroyed.
Even after all of this, we don’t want to give up. We believe that something new can rise from the ashes — maybe even stronger than before.
With this fundraiser, we want to rebuild our space — not only for the three of us, but for everyone who was part of it. Every euro will help us create a place for music, creativity, community, and shared moments once again.
If you decide to support us, you’re not only supporting a room or equipment. You’re helping bring back a place that connected people.
Thank you to every single one of you for your help, sharing, or any kind of support. We truly appreciate it.
What will the donated money be used for?
All the money raised through this fundraiser will go toward rebuilding the space after the fire, water and helping us create a place for music, creativity, and community again.
The donations will mainly be used for:
- repairing and rebuilding the burned space
- electrical installation and basic construction work
- cleaning and removing fire damage and water damage
- restoring the rehearsal and creative space
- buying new musical instruments
- music equipment (speakers, microphones, cables, mixer, etc.)
- equipment needed for organizing events
- basic furniture and equipment for the space
- materials needed for further reconstruction
Our goal is not just to create another rehearsal room. We want to rebuild a place where people can meet, create, organize events, and feel safe and welcome.
Help us change this story
Thank you to every single person for your help, shares, or any kind of support. We truly appreciate every euro, every message, every word of encouragement, and every share that helps our story reach more people.
Right now, it means a lot to know that we are not alone in this. Every bit of support gives us hope and motivation to keep going, even after losing a place that meant so much to us.
Thank you to all our friends, family, supporters, and even complete strangers who decide to lend a helping hand. Because of you, we have a chance to rebuild a space where people can meet, where music, ideas, friendships, and shared experiences can come to life again.
We will never forget the people who stood by us when we had to start over from the beginning. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you to each and every one of you.
