Dostať späť ich pasy od Talibanu bolo náročné, no predsa úspešné. Bez nich by nemali žiadnu nádej. Cez hranice sa doteraz môžu dostať iba študenti študujúci v zahraničí a ťažko chorí ľudia s potrebou navštíviť doktora mimo Afganistanu. Z tohto dôvodu sa musela rodina rozdeliť. Nasrin a Naqibullah už prešli jednym vízovým procesom.
Nutne potrebuje prevoz do Iránu a zabezpečiť aspoň minimálnu liečbu.
Hanefe zostal v Afganistane už iba jeden syn, Ramin (23).

WE TRULY APPRECIATE THE SUCCESS OF OUR LAST FUNDRAISING. ONCE AGAIN – THANK YOU!
The money we raised from the last fundraising helped Nasrin and Naqibullah on their path full of sorrow to Iran, where they have been for several months already. With the money, we received from all of you we tried to help Naqibullah's mother and younger sibling as well. Getting their passports back from the Taliban was extremely difficult, but fortunately successful. Without those passports, they would have no hope. Even though it looked like they would get to Iran together with Nasrin and Naqibullah, unfortunately, the Taliban changed the conditions for crossing the borders. The new policy adopted by the Taliban government states that only students studying abroad and seriously ill people who need to see a doctor outside of Afghanistan can cross the border. Consequently, the family had to split up. Nasrin and Naqibullah have already gone through one visa process. However, prolonged assessments by the Slovak Immigration Police were unsuccessful. The upcoming visa process awaits them in December this year.
Naqibullah's mother, Hanefa (49), suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, which has begun to attack her kidneys to a large extent. Due to the Taliban government, the doctor is unable to operate on her and help her in any way. She urgently needs to be transported to Iran and provided with minimal treatment at least. Hanefa has already suffered a lot because of the Taliban. As a teenager, she was denied access to education, her husband was executed for leading a division of the Northern Alliance and collaboration with NATO, and her oldest son was killed. Her other son and daughter-in-law are on the execution list for collaborating with NATO. Now, due to the political situation in Afghanistan, they have taken away her right to move freely, and to work and her access to health care was denied as well.
Hanefa (49) has only one son left in Afghanistan, Ramin (23). The constantly worsening situation in Afghanistan with the current Sharia law makes him responsible for taking care of his mum and sister, Fahima (21). They have been dependent on Ramino's escort since they cannot leave the house without him, likewise, they cannot work like other Afghani women. They have become house prisoners. By good luck, they survived the latest suicide bombings near their home safely, but there is still nothing certain. They are still surviving the food and financial crisis thanks to the money from the last fundraising, though we are slowly and gradually running out of money, thus we have to turn to you again. We do understand the current and difficult situation in Europe, however, we still strongly believe in the power of changing our world for a better place if every single one of us will lend a helping hand.
