My name is Erik, and I am organizing this campaign to support the units of the Georgian National Legion https://georgianlegion.com.ua/ fighting in Ukraine. Within a few months, we delivered a lot of equipment, and as the war continues, we also continue to support the soldiers fighting for Ukraine.
Who will we help?
With this challenge, we will help the Georgian National Legion (as in the previous challenges), in which, in addition to Georgians, many other nationalities fight for Ukraine. The unit was created in 2014 and, since 2016, has been integrated into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The regiment took part in the fighting from the first days of the invasion – it fought in the Battle of Antonov Airfield (also known as the Battle of Hostomeli). By purchasing drones, we will help a specific unit save many lives. Every unit on the front needs to understand what is happening around them and where exactly the enemy is located. Drones are their eyes. These drones will significantly improve her situation thanks to night vision.
How exactly will the money from this campaign be used?
We will use the money from the campaign to purchase two DJI Matrice – M30T drones, which will help the unit monitor the frontline territory and track where the enemy's equipment is located or soldiers.
The drones' delivery to the unit will occur through verified contacts who have safely delivered a lot of material and other shipments to Ukraine since the beginning of the war. The delivery will, of course, be documented.
