My name is Ľuboslav Leško and I come from Slovakia. With my close friend Max Klymenko from Ukraine, who is the head of the Ukrainian Charity Fund for the Freedom of Ukraine, I am organizing a campaign to support the production of reconnaissance drones in Ukraine. The war continues and is increasingly technologically driven. Last year we raised money for helmets and body armor to support our defenders. People from all over the world generously helped us with ammunition and humanitarian aid.
Who are we helping?
This year, we have realized that our military urgently needs more technological equipment – specifically, thousands of drones. In the 21st century, a new type of warfare is taking place in country, and it is crucial for every military unit to have eyes in the sky to understand the situation on the battlefield. However, Chinese drones, which are highly effective, are also very expensive, and we constantly face a shortage of them on the front lines. Therefore, we have made the decision to create our own drones here in Ukraine.
How are we going to use the raised money?
Our drone is a reconnaissance model equipped with an excellent camera and a reliable battery that allows it to stay airborne for 30–40 minutes. The production cost of one unit is approximately 500 EUR, which is three times less expensive than Chinese drones. So far, we have successfully produced five units, but we require additional resources to continue production.
I would like to humbly request your donation to support the launch of reconnaissance drone production in Ukraine. We have the necessary personnel, production facilities, equipment, and experience to accomplish this task. Our goal is to raise 10,000 EUR to kickstart the production process and ensure these vital drones are made here in Ukraine.
