Ahojte, volám sa Renáta Hloušková a som predsedníčkou OZ Engarre, ktoré pomáha zlepšiť životné podmienky miestnym obyvateľom v dedine Lengusero vo vnútrozemí Tanzánie v oblasti Handeni.

Masajskej 16-člennej rodine, ktorá má v súčasnosti prístup len k vode z jazera vzdialeného asi 1,5 hodiny chôdze. Vybudovaním betónových nádrží so strechou na zachytávanie dažďovej vody darujeme tejto rodine takmer čistú vodu na pitie a varenie. Rozdiel v kvalite vody môžete posúdiť na priložených obrázkoch.

Na čo konkrétne budú peniaze z tejto kampane použité?

Získané peniaze budú použité na výstavbu dvoch 5.000 litrových nádrží so strechou, ktoré pomôžu preklenúť obdobie sucha medzi 2 obdobiami dažďov. 

Náklady na 1 nádrž s objemom 5.000 litrov

€ 1.555,00 – výstavba 1 nádrže s podstavcom

€ 976,00 – postavenie 1 strechy k nádrži

• Ak sa nepodarí získať cieľovú sumu, vybudujeme podľa dosiahnutej sumy nádrž/nádrže s menším objemom  (1.000, 2.000 alebo 3.000 l ) so strechami. Keďže každá kvapka čistej vody sa počíta.
• V prípade že sa podarí získať viac peňazí ako je cieľová suma, vybudujeme ďalšie nádrže pre ďalšie rodiny.

Hello, my name is Renáta Hloušková and I am the president of Engarre, non-governmental organization, which helps people in the African village of Lengusero, inland of Tanzania, region Handeni.

Whom are we helping?

A Maasai family of 16 people including children, who only have access to water from a lake which is about 1.5 hours’ walk away. By building concrete tanks with a roof to catch rainwater, we are giving this family almost clean water for drinking and cooking. You can
judge the difference in water quality in the attached pictures.

What exactly will the money from this campaign be used for?

The money raised in this campaign will be used for the construction of two 5,000-liter tanks with a roof, which will help Maasai family bridge the dry season between 2 rainy seasons.

Costs for 1 tank with a volume of 5,000 liters: 

1,555.00 € – construction of 1 tank with pedestal
976.00 € – construction of 1 roof to the tank

• In case that the entire targeted amount is not reached, we will build 1 or 2 tanks with smaller volume (1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 l) with roofs, depending on the amount of money collected. Every drop of clean water counts.
• If together we are able to raise more money than the targeted amount, we will build water tanks also for other families.
